About babei
Babei has seen its export growing healthily and constantly since it was introduced to the international market a decade ago. We now supply apparel products to customers in US, EU and Japan, and offer OEM services for more than 40 internationally famed brands. Our export of the year 2003 is beyong US $30 million.
We have more than 50 designers in our design center. Every month they release 700 patterns for our own products and make 1,800 pattern copies requested by our customers. And our design subsidiary in Italy, C2C Compnay allows us to work out 300 newest italian-style patterns every month for customers of different countries, cultures and costume appeals.
We mainly offer silk/yarn dyed/jacquard necktie and necktie fabrics. Apart from that, we also provide special-spec products, for example high weft (or warp) density necktie fabrics, silk/wool, silk/linen and other blended necktie fabrics.
We boast of having excellent acceptance by our international customers --- our products are received by them exampted from quality inspection. The high qulity of our products comes from a seamless combination of superior craftsmanship and advanced automation the industry has to offer.
We have been No. 1 exporter of Shengzhou for three straight years, and ranked 6th of all exporting enterprises of Shaoxing in 2003. As a major exporter, our business is supported by local government in issues like export quota, custom clearance and more.
We are ISO9000 and ISO14000 certified. In 2004, we became the first necktie manufacturer in China to receive Oeko-Tex100 certificate.
We produce every month 200,000 meters of yarn-dyed jacquard fabrics (width 210cm) and 1.7 million pieces of necktie.
Custom production cycle: fabric, 5,000 meters, 14 days ; necktie, 10,000 pieces, 21 days.
Sample making: batch pattern copying, 3 days; batch pattern making, 7 days.
Yarn inventory: 200 types of silk yarns available. Color selection: warp >200; weft >700. Twist: warp 2*; weft 5*, 6*, 8*.
